use | crosslinking agent and initiator for rubber and plastic synthesis. used as curing agent for unsaturated polyester resin used as curing agent for hand paste FRP products, casting and coating products used as cross-linking agent and initiator in rubber and plastic synthesis |
Production method | is obtained by the reaction of cyclohexanone and hydrogen peroxide. Add hydrogen peroxide cooled to below 10 ℃ into equimolar cyclohexanone below 10 ℃, raise the temperature to about 40 ℃, then drop to 15 ℃, add 2mol/L hydrochloric acid under stirring, the temperature immediately rises, control no more than 30 ℃, the temperature drops after about 1h, the contents in the cup gradually solidify, keep stirring and add distilled water, stir well and place for 1h, suck and filter, wash with distilled water. Then mix with water to make porridge, add 10% sodium hydroxide to make the pH value 8, filter, wash with water, filter and dry at room temperature to obtain a white crystalline finished product with a yield of 81%. For the safety of transportation and storage, water or inert organic solvents are generally added as stabilizers. There are 50% dioctyl phthalate solution in foreign commercial products. This product can cause combustion and explosion when exposed to high temperature, sun exposure, impact (dry powder), reducing agent sulfur, phosphorus and other substances. Metal powder can promote its decomposition. |
